Meditation
There is countless of ways to meditate. Some methods is more successful then others. It has little to say if one stand, sit or lie down.
The purpose of meditation is to foster the ability to observe and control the mental. This can be a challenge like all things a novice will attempt. Another key importance with meditation as to widen the submental energy channels. Both meditation and Tai Chi serves as great practices to this end.
Information and studies of the submental energy channels can be difficult for the adept to find, as there is little or no real study carried out in the field. Some quasi-studies exist where these submental energies are referred to as the morphogenetic energy fields. One would suggest that humanity has not yet reached the level of understanding.
For the adept, this is of little importance as it takes a long time and a lot of practice to develop both an understanding based on empirical knowledge and the physical expansion of these channels.
It is therefore very important as an Adept to begin to learn to master the art of meditation & Tai Chi, as soon as possible.
To be successful in meditation and Tai Chi, the Adept will need to anchor themselves firmly to this physical existence. One of the first things to understand in order to do so, is ~KAH~ or motion.

The Sun and The Moon play very important parts in this anchoring.
Because of the need for consciousness to sense connection to all three planes simultaneously, the concept of all these planes must be correct. If not, there will be confusion in the mind due to disorientation.
The motion of the Sun and the Moon is therefore of great importance. The Adept is to study and understand the tables below.

Yes. To know the truth is purposeful and beautiful. Some point to the concept of truth being something subjectively, within the philosophy of The Way Of Strongwillism, the truth is something objectively observable.
Another very useful instrument for the adept is the Tarot card. A tarot deck contains 78 cards. They are divided into 2 arcana, Major and Minor. The major arcana has 22 cards while the minor has 56.

This first stage is about adapting to the theory of the concept and the most important instruments of use.
